Transform Response is a server-based "group inbox manager" with management tracking and reporting.
It is seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Exchange Server, and Microsoft SQL Server.
Transform Response accepts incoming e-mail messages addressed to group inboxes such as email@example.com and processes them using pre-defined rules. Based on the rules, Transform Response Server transfers the messages to specific application-defined message queues stored in Microsoft Exchange Public Folders. Service Agents access, and respond to messages in the message queues via their customized Microsoft Outlook desktop, extended by Transform Response Agent. Similarly, Service Management administer the system, access the message queues and monitor service performance using Transform Response Manager.
