Help Desk Messenger

The help desk application is a message based application which operates completely from within Outlook 98. E-mail routing and posting enable help desk staff to react quickly as problems arise. Large clients who have evaluated alternatives including HEAT and Remedy have selected our Help Desk/Work Order system. We have several clients who use this solution across the state of Florida. HDM automates the workflow of the help desk in distributed scenarios where end users are in many offices, and where multiple help desk offices service clients. Using Exchange and Outlook Web Access, the HDM is web enabled.
