Outlook Resource is a solution for booking all kinds of resources, such as meeting rooms, cars, projectors or whatever resources needs to be shared in your organization. Most companies that have an Exchange Server use Public folder for shared calendars in some capacity. I urge you to try out this application on one of those public folders. It gives these additional features (on top of all the standard Public Folder features):
