Group Schedule 2000

Based on the Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft Outlook, Complete Software has developed a tool that at a glance can show the availability of selected groups of colleagues or resources in a user-defined period of time. This is first and foremost important for receptionists and switchboard operators, but anyone working in a team or planning and booking resources will gain benefit from Group Schedule 2000. Group Schedule 2000 offers many possibilities of defining different view layout and is therefore very easy to work with for everybody. From the different views the user is able to open the calendar of a selected person to gain additional information on a specific entry. It is also possible to enter new appointments/meetings in own calendar or the calendar of somebody else directly from the defined view and invite others to the meeting
