Developing Gateways for MS Exchange Server

This book is intended as a reference and tutorial on developing custom gateways for Microsoft Exchange server. Currently it is under development. Many (in fact - a lot) of issues are still unclear to the author. I am putting this on-line hoping to get feedback from developers - to make this material better. This book is not about MAPI or MS Exchange Server. I am trying to focus on one and only subject here - writing gateways for MS Exchange server.
