It is estimated that Exchange will have over two million users by the end of this year. Exchange client is included in Windows 95, and is sold both individually and as part of the BackOffice suite of products. Those who use cc:mail as a client will also be a potential market for Exchange Server. Lotus has provided a MAPI-compliant client (cc:Mail is currently the leader on the client side for office mail systems with over seven million users) that works with the Exchange Server. Office can still use cc:Mail client and use Exchange as backend now.
