Dead Letter Connector 2.0 for Microsoft Exchange Server Connectivity comma soft
Every system administrator knows the problem: X.400 or Internet messages with incorrect addresses are given a Non Delivery Report. But very often, these messages could have been traced back or forwarded to the actual recipient. The comma soft Dead Letter Connector processes non-deliverable messages:
  • Incorrectly addressed messages are optionally confirmed with a Non Delivery Report (NDR) and/or a configurable e-mail to the sender.
  • In addition, the incorrectly addressed message is forwarded to an Exchange Recipient for processing. This may be a person working at a post-office box for incoming mail for example.
  • processes any misrouted mail - whether it was sent from the X.400 networks or the Internet or whether Exchange users sent it or Exchange Connectors generated it.
  • Any incorrectly addressed message is optionally documented in the NT event log and entered in the Message Tracking of the Microsoft Exchange Server.

SAP Exchange Connector Connectivity comma soft
The SAP Exchange Connector connects the two messaging systems SAP R/3 Office Mail and Microsoft Exchange Server. It enables R/3 Office Mail users to send messages to the mailboxes of a linked MS Exchange Server and vice versa. Apart from that, R/3 users can send and receive messages over all Gateways (X.400, Internet, Fax, MS-Mail, SNADS, ...) connected to the MS Exchange Server. You can even attach any files (e.g., R/3 documents, Workflow containers, MS Office files, Fax bitmaps) to the messages and transmit them in transparent mode in both directions.

This product enables you to manipulate any recipient objects without using the Exchange Administrator program. The comma soft Directory Manager API is an OLE server which can be integrated in all applications with an OLE interface. From these applications (VB programs, Microsoft Access, WinWord, Outlook forms), all Exchange objects can be manipulated using the OLE server:
  • Mailboxes
  • User-defined recipients
  • Distribution lists
Each of these objects can be generated, deleted or modified. Modifications are changes to attributes (for example, the phone number, SMTP address, department). The comma soft Directory Manager API can be integrated into existing or new systems for the user administration to administer the Microsoft Exchange Server directly from these applications.
