|Microgarden Symposium is a corporate application that allows users to search all Microsoft Exchange-based meeting and conference rooms, enterprise-wide, for free time so that they can easily schedule meetings. Currently, Symposium does NOT support the search of Microsoft Schedule+ based meeting and conference rooms. Before Symposium, users were forced to open the calendar for every available conference room to find a good meeting time.
Using Symposium, users can search all conference rooms in two simple steps. First, select the time that you would like to host your meeting. Then select the rooms that you want to search. When you click the Next button, Symposium searches all of the rooms that you selected, tells you which rooms are available, and allows you to open the room calendar for booking.
