|The MailQ™ service starts once loss of communication from the Internet to the client's mail server is detected. At that critical juncture e-mail is transferred to the MailQ™ service, scanned for viruses by multiple virus scan engines, and then processed for queuing.
In most instances, the client's IT personnel are not aware that there has been a communication failure. The MailQ™ service notifies the client when queuing has initiated, allowing them time to investigate and resolve their hardware, software, or internet connection issue.
Once the problem has been resolved, the client can then retrieve their queued mail via a user-friendly web interface that displays the number of queued messages waiting to be retrieved. All web transactions are protected by SSL Encryption. (SSL protects your confidential information from interception and hacking).|
