An MS Access application which:
- Downloads via ODBC personnell data from corp HR database
- Downloads data from e-mail directory
- Synchronizes 1) and 2)
- provides data to update e-mail directory (terminations, naming differences, address changes, non-conforming entries, etc)
- uploads HR data (phone numbers, locations, departments etc. to custom fields in the e-mail directory.
- Uploads e-mail addressses to the HR database (optional)
- provides "e-mail merge" function for internal corp e-mailings.
