To create a tile displaying a survey:

• make sure to have the "Quick Survey" web part installed in your farm (see /apps/page.asp?Q=5792 )
• set the Tile Type to "Webpart"
• enter "AESurvey" (the web part class name) into the tile's "Content" setting
• add the survey name web part parameter by entering "pollname=", followed by the name of the poll.
• enter "pollname=dynamic" to display the currently active poll
  (as defined by the "StartDate" and "Expires" QuickPolls list columns).
