Example of Tiles web part using 5 Webpart tiles

The above design example shows a "Tiles" web part which uses 5 tiles of type "Webpart". This allows for flexible page layouts without the restriction imposed by Wiki or Web part page layout options.

You can embed web parts within tiles or in a Sharepoint dialog window by setting the Tile Type to "Webpart" by entering the web part class name followed by optional web part parameters (each one placed on a separate line) into the tile's "Content" setting as for example:

Please note that the corresponding web parts need to be installed in the farm.

I am trying to get the AEListRotator web part to display in the AE Tiles web part as webpart tile. I have tile type=Webpart & Content follows:
AEListRotator
List Name=Newsfeed

*I still get a Please define SharePoint List error. 2019 onprem.
How do I configuire the webpart tile, list rotrator, to refrence a list?

Taylor,
you actually could use the „Carousel“ tile type to create a list item rotator tile.
This works for lists of type “Announcements”, “Blogs”, “Custom”, “Picture Library” and “Document Library”.

Is there a specific reason to use the “List Rotator” web part ?
