Outlook-by-Phone provides voice access to Microsoft Exchange Calendar, Contacts and E-mail, Voice and Fax Messages for mobile users. Excendia helps companies increase staff productivity and mobility, enhance customer service and lower operating costs. Employees can call Office Telephony to read and process their messages, schedule, review and manage their appointments, as well as access their personal and company Contacts to call or send a voice message to anyone of them. All customer telephone interactions are logged as Journal entries for each contact.
